In Korean, although rare, some syllables can end with a combination of two consonants, called final consonant combinations.
However, only one of the two consonants is actually pronounced.
Final sound: pronounced as ㄱ - 앇
Final sound: pronounced as ㄴ - 앉
Final sound: pronounced as ㄴ - 않
Final sound: pronounced as ㄱ - 앍
Final sound: pronounced as ㅁ - 앎
Final sound: pronounced as ㄹ - 앏
