In Korean, the expression "even if" can be constructed with the suffix -도 attached to a conjugated verb. The following structure is used:

이것은 비싸도 살 거예요.
→ Even if it's expensive, I'm going to buy it.

달려가도 늦을 거야.
→ Even if you run, you will be late.

늦었어도 밥은 먹고 학교에 가.
